Appointment Types and when to Schedule Them

Here is the list of appointments that are included in the My Healthy Foundation program and strategies for when to schedule them.

18 - Weekly Group Coaching Sessions (60-minute by phone). These 60-minute calls happen twice weekly and we recommend you schedule them any time you have general questions or issues with your plan. https://karasorensen.as.me/group-coaching

There is no one-size-fits-all “Schedule” as everyone has different challenges at different times—but there are some basic strategies. Kara has set up the program to include a variety of different appointment types to make sure you get the most support. 
 
Scheduling Strategies
 
Strategy 1: Book all of your "Weekly Group Coaching Sessions" right now. Weekly calls keep you accountable and on target.
 
Strategy 2: Schedule private 30-minute "Coaching" sessions when you need focused help with your any aspect of your program.
 
Strategy 3: Schedule "Deep Dive (Acupressure) appointments when you hit deeper issues (doubt and worry for example). 
 
Strategy 4: Schedule "Graduation & Next Steps" after you've reached your goal and want to start introducing new foods and lifestyle changes.
