Can I do Yoga (or other exercise) during Strict Phase 2?

In your Metabolic Balance plan it reads, "After the first two weeks on the Strict Conversion Phase, you can now begin to add exercise into your plan." This implies that exercise is not allowed. 

However, Yoga is fine as long as it’s not “Hot Yoga.”  Also, if you can carry on a conversation while doing light exercise, it’s acceptable. Otherwise, if you struggle a bit to catch your breath, it’s too much.
