Daily Apple

Eating an apple every day is required. Ideally, an organic, heirloom apple. Modern apples have been hybridized to prevent them from turning brown after slicing, but you want these nutrients that turn them brown in your diet. 

If you get bloated after eating an apple, a sign of fructose intolerance, you may tolerate it more if it is grated and mixed with a bit of honey.
